Liliana Kim

Dr. Liliana Kim, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients in Virginia. Dr. Kim started her career as a critical care nurse in multiple, complex health care environments such as Neonatal ICU, Cardiac ICU, and General ICU. After earning her Doctorate degree in Family Nursing Practice at the Medical University of South Carolina, she participated in two major clinical research studies, that were part of the Operation Warp Speed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr. Kim treats individuals with various psychiatric conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, insomnia, ADHD and trauma related disorders.

Her diverse professional background equipped her to approach each patient in a holistic, caring and nonjudgmental manner, where each treatment plan is focused on integrative care tailored to the individual needs of her patients.

Natalie Piedt

Natalie is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides both medication management and psychotherapy. Her background as a military spouse, former ER/ICU nurse, and first-generation Mexican immigrant gives her a unique and empathetic perspective in her clinical work. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and has a special passion for supporting BIPOC individuals, healthcare workers, and military families.

Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. She takes an integrative approach that combines psychotherapy, medication, and supplements to address root causes and promote lasting wellness.

Natalie is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment where people feel understood and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. She recognizes the importance of honoring the experiences of those who have faced deployment, cultural transitions, or personal hardship. Her holistic, person-centered style emphasizes balance, authenticity, and resilience.

Cristin Allio

Cristin Allio is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) providing care to patients in Virginia. She brings a well-rounded clinical foundation and a patient-centered approach to psychiatric care. While working as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient psychiatric setting, Cristin cared for individuals experiencing acute mental health needs. This experience played a meaningful role in shaping her passion for psychiatry and ultimately motivated her to pursue advanced practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Her clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and ADHD.

Cristin takes a holistic, compassionate approach to care, integrating evidence-based treatment with individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward improved mental wellness. 

Hilario DelPeral

Mr. Hilario DelPeral MMS, PA-C also known by his patients as Del, started his medical career in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman caring for Marines. Throughout his career he developed special skills and received training in emergency medicine, trauma surgery and psychiatry. After completion of his military service he settled in Illinois where he continued to work as a Physician Assistant in emergency medicine, psychiatry (children and adolescent) and orthopedics. In 2022 he relocated to the Eastern shore of Virginia where he was instrumental in opening the first federally qualified urgent care facility in the state. His areas of special skills and training include PTSD, anxiety and depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, and ADHD. With his military experience and working with diverse cultures Mr. Delperal uses his background to treat, counsel, and coach his patients to improvement. Mr. Del is known for his “casual” conversational style, motivational interviewing and accessibility. During his free time, Mr. Del enjoys being on the water, running, and gardening.
